This 6 lane timing system was designed to be used with standard Hot Wheels orange tracks.
We also offer a different version of this system which was designed to be used with the "Hot Wheels Super 6-lane Raceway".
What's included?
This kit consists of two main parts: Start gate with lights module and a finish line unit.
Start Gate
Finish line unit
The finish line unit is the brain of the system, it has 6 track sensors, 6 display screens, Infrared remote control sensor, sound buzzer, start button and a tiny computer which is in charge of managing the race.
Cables
- Start gate to finish line network cable
The cable which connects the start gate and the finish line is10 feet (3 meters).
If you have a long track you can just replace it with a longer network cable (regular networking / ethernet cable also known as RJ-45).
- USB Power cable - Length of the included cable is 6 feet (2 meters).
Remote Control
The race can be started by pressing a physical start button located at the finish line or using the included remote control.
The plastic parts are 3D printed using high strengths, heat resistant material - PETG.

2 / 6 Cars Mode
The system has also 2 cars mode, where only two cars are racing (lane 2 & lane 5). In this mode the race times of both cars are displayed with 3 decimal points.

Timing all cars
At the end of the race the finish line displays will show the time of the first can and the rank of all the other cars (#2-#6) , however it is also possible to see the time of each car using the remote control:
