The newest addition to the PlayRobotics family is the PRO system which can work with both orange and fat tracks.
What is FAT Track Edition?
The PlayRobotics Smart Race Track was originally designed to work with the standard orange Hotwheels tracks.
This variation of the PlayRobotics kit will only work with the FAT track.
What's included?
The race control unit is the most important part included in your kit. It contains a tiny computer called an "Arduino" and various electronic components, such as a motor, buzzer, LCD screen, and more. The plastic parts of the control unit are 3D printed.

- Battery box (the system can be powered using USB or AA batteries).

The FAT high amount of light in an outdoor environment will not allow the finish line sensors to perform properly.
The system is ready to race, just plug in usb power or use batteries and start racing.

The product is well-made and easy to set up. I like the remote. It allows me to enjoy more viewing angles without being tied to a pull cord. Plus, the delivery was surprisingly fast, and the packaging was excellent.
Arrived quickly and is of great quality. Packaged nicely and has easy to follow instructions. Can use batteries or plug into wall. My 6 year-old operates without any issue and loves it. Adds additional fun to his diecast racing - he has used at least 500 times in the first couple of weeks. Worth the price.
